Afternoon Sleep is Good for Health






Many of us think that afternoon sleep is not good for health.Germany scientists have proved that only 5 to 10 min sleep in afternoon is good for health.Then our nerves of our brain will work perfectly.sSome people likes to sleep in afternoon only, then do not sleep more than half an hour.If so you cant sleep at night.So sleep well at night times its better.
